documentswiththeapplication.

Afterrecordingthestatementsoflegalheirs&witnessescourtwillissueanorderoffinalarguments.Where

Nowcourtwillissuesuccessioncertificateinthefavoroflegalheirsofsuccessionapplicationexceptminors.
