Promotion across different societies in Mumbai:

Promotion includes visiting the site and meeting with
secretary of each and every society and explaining them
about Boca Juniors Football Academy and explaining them
about the world class training provided by TSG under Spanish
coach how this can create difference.
It followed with a discussion regarding placement of banners
across their societies, distribution of Flyers as well as
placement of flyers on their Notice Board.
The promotion also included a free trial session for kids,
wherein the child can experience a single session of World
class Football training.
It included scholarships for top 50 talents.
Some of the societies where this promotion took place:
Dosti Acres, Antophill
Sindhi Colony, Chembur
Lokhandwala, Andheri
Nahar region, Chandivali
Reasons to choose these places:
1) Affordability:
The price structure of this Football Training program was
as follows:
3 months Rs.12500
6 months Rs.21000
12 months Rs.36000

2 training sessions a week.

This price structure is very affordable for people living in
those areas.
2) Covinience:
It was according to the training venue we had which was
convenient to the people around.

Difficulties faced while Promoting:
The first problem faced while promotion was to get an
appointment with the secretaries of each societies
The next was the timing and meeting period with each
society were clashing
The cost they were asking for the placement of banners was
too high, had to negotiate
Eg: Charges of each societies of Dosti Acres for placement of
flyers on their Notice Board

Some of the societies were forbidden for promotion, it was

very difficult to convince them especially Lokhandwala and
Nahar

Result:
We had conversion of more than 150 outstanding footballing
talents wherein the top talent got a free scholarship of 3
months free training with BOCA and the rest 49 got a
discount depending on their ranks.
Out of the rest 100 we got a conversion of 46 and created a
revenue of more than 2,50,000 for TSG
