    The Junior Medical Institute of Accountants

    Sir / Madam:
    The Junior Philippines Institute of Accountants will be holding its 15 th Anniversary on
    Dec .5-9, 2015 and this will be hosted by Events Management Scholars . This will
    be participated by more or less 10 universities all over the country..
    In connection with this, we are inviting for an Event organizer that will handle this
    big event for 5-day activity with 1 ,000 participants . A complete project proposal or
    bid from the preparation to post activities must be observed. To all interested Event
    Management organizers, please submit your event bid proposal on or before Jan. 30
    2015 address to Zaldy Buena , ZB Bldg.Glen Rice Bldg. Ligao City.
    The project proposal will be based on the following :
    A. Executive Summary (Profile of the Events Management Company)
    B. Introduction
    C. Objective of the event , the and scope this part must provide the answer
    to 5 Ws.
    D. Select event venue and site (consider lay-out and amenities)
    E. Identify suppliers, contractors involved in the event (Auxiliary services )
