Report to the Test Site before 7:00 AM.

Due to pre-administration security procedures, you have to be inside the

testing room as early as 7:15 AM. Likewise, there are post-administration security procedures. This will extend your
stay in the testing room for around fifteen (15) minutes after the time limit for each part of the test has been called.
Thus, you may be dismissed from the testing room at around 11:15 AM for the Part 1 test and at around 3:45 PM for
the Part 2 test. You will not be allowed to leave the testing room earlier than the rest.
You must sit for both parts of the test. If you fail to sit for Part 2 of the test in the afternoon, you must inform the
Examiner in your room and accomplish a waiver wherein you waive the reporting and release of your NMAT scores.
Your answer sheet will NOT be processed and NO official NMAT results will be released to you nor included in the
masterlist. If you are absent on the day of the test, your name will NOT be included in the masterlist.
You must bring the following documents when you report at the test site:
For graduating students and second year students of the UP INTARMED program:

NMAT Identification (ID) Form duly signed by the School Head

Valid ID (e.g., Official School ID, Driver's License, Passport, etc.)
Examination Permit
For college graduates:

NMAT Identification (ID) Form

Valid ID (e.g., Official School ID, Driver's License, Passport, etc.)
Photocopy of Transcript of Records
Examination Permit
Your valid ID will be verified at the test site. The photo on your ID must be recognizable as you. ID verification may
include signature comparison and photographing to ensure that you are who you say you are.
You must also bring and use pencils (No. 2 or HB) and erasers.
You will be provided with an Answer Sheet and scratch paper. All answers must be recorded on your NMAT Answer
Sheet in pencil. Pencils must be used for accomplishing the Personal Data Sheet portion of your NMAT Answer Sheet
as well. Pencils and erasers will NOT be supplied at the testing room. Mechanical pencils and pens are NOT
permitted.
The following items and behaviors are strictly prohibited during the NMAT administration.
Prohibited Items
You must NOT bring into the testing room any of the following:

Electronic devices, including cellular phones, smartphones, Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) digital and
smartwatches, etc.;
Books, dictionaries, notes, or review materials of any kind, including the NMAT Practice Set;
Recording or photographic devices;
Listening devices and media players
Prohibited Behaviors

Impersonating an examinee or having someone else to take the test for you;

Presenting false, altered, or tampered identification to gain admission to the testing room;
Disruptive or abusive behavior, talking in the testing room with anyone other than the Examiner and/or
Proctor, or talking about or discussing the test during lunch break;
Tearing or ripping scratch paper, attempting to remove scratch paper from the testing room;
Attempting by any means to duplicate, record, or memorize test content, answer documents, or any other
test materials;
Failing to follow the Examiner's instructions after being warned;
Destruction of test site property;
Verbally or physically harassing or threatening any NMAT staff;
Violating test site regulations or procedures;
Being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs;
Soliciting, discussing, or disclosing test content, or otherwise violating the terms of the Examinee Agreement;
Providing false or misleading information about their NMAT test, score or testing history to any institution;
and
Cheating that is depicted by, but NOT limited to, the following:
Giving and/or receiving assistance;
Copying the work of another examinee by any means;
Using any prohibited item;
Working after the time has been called; and
Possessing an illegally obtained NMAT booklet.
Possession of any prohibited item or exhibition of any prohibited behavior shall be considered an intentional and willful
breach of NMAT security policies. You will be dismissed from the testing room. Your answer sheet will NOT be
processed and your NMAT fees will be totally forfeited. You will also be disqualified to take another NMAT
