Job Descriptions:
Responsible for overall planning, organizing, and execution of Copper OSP
Access Network functions to meet company and customer requirements.
Responsible for overall planning Copper Network and switches for Green
Areas.
Outsourcing of Copper developmental activities to the qualified
contractors
Responsible for overall maintenance of Copper Network in Brown Areas.
Provide Optical Network Solutions in Brown Areas with integration of
Copper Network.
Lead the the Access Network teams for Deployment of BRI, PRI and other
data Circuits for early provisioning.

2011-12 & 2013 are as under:

Achievement of PSTN, BB and IPTV Revenue Targets upto May 2013 and
achieved Revenue Enhancement by 110 % during last three years.

Achieved highest Growth Rate of BB during 2012 in HYTR Region and has
achieved 47 % Broadband Customer Database against PSTN Working connections. In
2013 the revenue achievement in all our products is 98.2% in City zone Hyd.
>
Revival of Thatta Cement Factory Exchange which is generating Revenue of
150,000 without any additional Expenditure of PTCL
>
Energized Bhitai Nagar Exchange through Operational Resources which is
earning Revenue of 1.6 M
Achieved Highest ONU Loading throughout Pakistan

Generating orders for PSTN+BB (New connections + Winback) through
ES/TT/CSR/TOs for his domain, approximately +2000 each per years from July-2010 to
Till Date to achieve the gross deployment target.

We have revived Damba Exchange / Gharo Exchange as per President Directives
during TP session for generating more revenue for company.
As SBM Rural HYTR worked with a new vision of Working Out Of Box and
Business Penetration in Rural Areas & enhanced business in so many new
areas and set the new trends in presenting Success Stories. I was the
pioneer of success stories in the Hyderabad PTCL region and almost 50% of
success stories of HYTR have been accomplished in my domain. During my
tenure as SBM Rural i has made bulk deals with many corporate customers
like sugar Mills, Educational institutions / Universities, prominent builders
and companies etc. I achieved monthly provisioning & revenue targets and
due to my team extra ordinary efforts the Hyderabad region is continuously
achieving double digit growth every month. Not only this, but he also keeps
with himself the proper plans for future achievements of targets. The
Promotion to Next Level and financial benefit will encourage the officer
which will be beneficial for enahancement of Company business. On the
extra ordinary business performance in the year of 2014, I was selected for
President best business excellence award-2014 through out sindh /
