INFORMATION FOR PARENT-CLASS TEACHER NECESSORY MEETING FOR FEE COLLECTION THROUGH BANK
Respected Parents,
It gives us immense pleasure to share with you that KVS is in the process of introducing Fee Collection through Bank in all the KVs across the country in a phased manner.
After the success of the programme in Phases I & II introduced earlier, this KV is covered in Phase III from the next quarter i.e. April June 2015. You will be required to
deposit the fee in the bank by Cash or through Online Mode. No additional charges are payable other than the normal fees payable as per the existing norms. The fees have
to be paid between 1st day to 15th of the beginning of the quarter. In case, where the payment of fees has not been done till 15th of that month, fine (Rs 5/- per day for
Tuition fees and /or higher contribution (Rs.5/- per day) or both whichever is applicable will be levied The students name will be struck off if the fee is not deposited
till 31st of the month. .
By Cash : You can collect a challan from the class teacher (with 15 digit unique id ) and the fee can be deposited in any of the 3750 branches of Union Bank of India (UBI) by
cash.
On-Line Mode ( 24 X 7 ) : For on-line fee payment, you need to Login (with your 15 digit Unique Id & password(DATE OF BIRTH OF THE PUPIL) collected from the class
teacher) through the link Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan School Fee Collection available on UBI site (http://www.unionbankofindia.co.in) or KVS website
(www.kvsangathan.nic.in). After checking the total fee generated by the system, you can use any of the following three modes for payment:
i) Internet Banking (ANY BANK): After selecting Internet Banking as payment option you will be directed to your Bank's web page for payment.
ii) Debit Card(ANY BANK) : After selecting Debit Card as payment option you will be asked to provide your Debit Card details and complete the Fee deposit procedure.
iii) Credit Card (ANY BANK) : After selecting Credit Card as payment option you will be asked to provide your Credit Card details and complete the Fee deposit procedure. In
this option extra charges charged by the banker will be applicable.
Mobile Banking: Through Mobile Banking Application of your Bank in your smart phone, after providing the necessary details you may complete the Fee deposit procedure.
Note : 1. The 15 digit unique id allotted by the class teachers is the same till you change the KV and will enable you to make payment, print receipts, etc. ( please keep this number safe).
2. Kindly give your correct mobile number and active e-mail id when asked for, to receive the alerts and payment receipts.

3. In this regard , Parent Class Teacher Meeting for (Class 1 to 12 ) is decided between 25 feb 2015 to 27 feb 2015 in Vidyalaya Timings for more clarification about online fee collection through
bank. So you are requested to attend the above mentioned meeting at the scheduled timings.
