I live in Ulaanbaatar that the capital city of Mongolia. The meaning of the
name of my city is RED HERO. Ulaanbaatar was founded in 1639. Ulaanbaatar is
situated between four mountains: Bogda Khan Uul, Chingeltei Uul, Bayanzurkh Uul and Songino
Khairkhan of the Khentii mountain chain, stretching from the Altan Tevsh valley of the Tuul basin, at an
altitude of 4,921 feet (1,500m) above sea level latitude 47 57' north and longitude 106 55'. . And
its first name was Niislel orgoo which the meaning is CITY PALACE. The name
is changed 3 more times, .

I lives little bit far from my parents. But every weekend we visit to each other.

I have one brother who is married.

I graduated university in 2001 as a financial manager. And now I am working
in private company as an accountant. Our company is funded by Noble group
that has a share in Singapore stock market and has the branches in 40
countries in the world. Noble group is known in the world by mining products
trade. And In Mongolia we are established in July 2010 for making the foreign
trade of mining product.
What do you like about the work or study you are doing?
I really proud working in the part of Noble group who listed in the list of top
200 companies.

The flowchart below is shows the stages and process of writing academic essay for
a particular course.
It is clearly shown that the preparation and writing of a formal academic essay is
consists two main part. First part is includes three stages that are first private
Tutorial, Research and First Draft and Second part is includes also three stages that
are Second Private Tutorial OR study Group Discussion, Second Draft and Final Draft.
As explaining the first part, First Private tutorial is includes two stages which are
Topic and Reading List. In the Topic stage, you have to discuss and topic with the
tutor and in the Reading List stage, need to obtain list of resources which are books,
articles.
In the Research stage, it is divided into two parts that are Library and Fieldwork. In
this stage, you need to read literature, take notes and give questionnaires, conduct
interviews, surveys.
After the research stage, you need to write first draft of the essay. This stage is
contains two parts that are plan which needs to organize essay content, produce
brief outlines and First draft &check, which needs to use formal written style, check
languages.
Next, it will transfer to second part, ..
For this university course an essay is completed in six stages. The first stage is
private tutorial in which the task and topic are fully discussed with the tutor. A
reading list should be obtained, detailing useful resource material.
The second stage involves conducting suitable research. Notes are taken from
available literature at the library, and data collected from questionnaires, interviews
and surveys. Writing the first draft is the third stage. First, it is necessary to
organize the content of the essay, and produce a brief outline. Next the draft is
written in the acceptable formal academic style, and checked for appropriate
language.
Stage number four is another tutorial or study group discussion, during which
problem areas are analyzed, and further ideas and suggestions are noted. The fifth
stage includes reading the resource material again, before writing a second draft
using suggestions from stage four. Once completed, all quotation should be checked
for errors.
The sixth stage consists of writing the final draft of the essay. A spell-check is
required, before adding a title page and compiling a bibliography. The essay should
then be submitted before the deadline for completion.
