If the employer is employing Contract Labour, he should nominate his representative who
should check the following documents of the contractor every month and in case of
wage-cum-muster roll the authorised representative of the employer shall affix his initials
against each entry at the time of disbursement of wages and certify that the disbursement was
made in his presence.
