implementation as well. In this process various vendors lend their support with whom we

IP-PABX and VoIP Gateway Services Design & Implementation as per client
requirement (Cisco, D-Link or Nortel Networks).

Design & deployment of Intelligent Network Management system that offers end-users to
centralize management of all connectivity operations at one location along with smart
automation of various scheduled and/or event-trigger based tasks enabling Administrator
to manage from a designate location rather than perform fire-fighting at different locations.

Customize the solution according to individual customers requirement and provide

VPN/Remote office(s) connectivity, unified threat management & intranet feature as well.

Supply, Services, Spare Parts & Maintenance of all above including accessories,
consumables upto site level installation, test & commissioning works.

With regards to your request, please find attached pricing in BOQ for said works, which is for your
review, evaluation and needful. Herein, kindly note that standard terms, conditions and additional
charges will apply. In the event we proceed further in this matter, we will need more details
regarding locations, procedure of job assignment, continuity & flow of work, concurrent locations

Geographical Location
As understood from customers request for quote, the jobsite are all located in Jeddah and Khobar; being in
city center area and/or not exceeding more than 25KM from city center of said jobsite. Also the contractor
takes responsibility to collect quoted hardware from vendor warehouse & deliver to customers respective
jobsite.

Equipment
The equipment that will be dispatched from by contractor, for transport and installation purpose;
1. Server Hardware & its components (quantity based on BOQ) for jobsite.
2. Installation accessories required for completing works as mentioned in said BOQ for jobsite.

Schedule
It is understood that contractor will receive complete time-table for scope of work from client wherein;
1. Customer will provide full access details, work-permits, contact person(s) etc. of each jobsite.
2. The customer will provide relevant formats, forms etc. required to use during the complete work
period of this project.
3. Customer will provide complete work time-table for complete project wherein clear timeline will
indicate all relevant & sequential tasks. Customer will ensure that non-working slots between
any two installation schedules will not exceed more than 4 days.
4. Contractor will submit complete time-schedule for delivery and installation works of hardware &
its components as quoted in BOQ.
5. Contractor will supply complete details of team to be deployed for this project.
6. Contractor will follow procedures for site completion, testing, knowledge transfer etc. as
mutually agreed with client.
7. Knowledge transfer schedule will follow post-installation but can commence parallel to
commissioning works.

Any type of installation works not mentioned here.

Arrange for access and/or time-schedule to work area.
Arrange and/or coordinate for access for manpower & equipment to intended installation area(s).
Arrange/Follow-up work permits. Schedule time with other parties.
Arrange for Electrical Man-lift, 2-Meter or longer ladder(s) etc. that may be required to accomplish
installation works.
6 Any type of extensive and/or heavy-duty civil work such as (but not limited to) digging, chipping,
excavating, trenching etc. required during process of above mentioned scope of work but not part
of said BOQ. The term extensive and/or heavy-duty refers to tasks that cannot be accomplished by
normal hand-tools alone.
7 Troubleshooting, rectification or modification of any fault in existing nodes that are not done by us.
8 Providing power supply (110V/220V UK-Type Outlets) for equipments to be installed at site in close
proximity. (Should the client require contractor to carry their own power generator set, the same
will be charged additionally to client on a rental basis or per-site basis)
9 Arrange power supply for tools & equipment to be used for carrying out installation works at
aforesaid project.
10 Clearing or housekeeping of unrelated items at jobsite. Handling of equipments belonging to third
party.
11 Self arrangement for stocking material at jobsite (i.e. client will be required to provide a secure area
for stocking of project material at jobsite).

Transportation of installation material (batteries & accessories) to intended individual jobsite at a

time will be carried out by contractor with the supervision of client.

The project works under the assumption that client will provide a complete time-table of
installation works at respective locations at the time of signing project contract or within
seven (7) days after signing.
This quote is estimated with consideration that above quoted tasks will be
carried out in continuous session without any interruption or delay. Should
there be any interruption or delay then additional charges will be applicable
accordingly.
For this project, customer will provide a proper time-table for installation works.
At no time will customer assign more than 2 sites concurrently for installation
works.
Customer shall provide power supply to all desired locations in this project for tools &
equipment to be used at site.
KYNETIC SYSTEMS shall provide manpower details along with tools & equipment required
for this project, if necessary for authorization, gate-pass or similar reasons. Customer shall
arrange to provide necessary, valid work permits/IDs and other documentations required
for uninterrupted access to designated work areas. In case of loss or damage of such work
permits, providing second copy shall be taken care of by client wherein KYNETIC SYSTEMS
can be charged for the second copy.
KYNETIC SYSTEMS will arrange for mobilization of manpower to jobsite within stipulated
completion period.
KYNETIC SYSTEMS will make arrangements for accommodation & transportation of
manpower to jobsite. This will be valid for said completion period only, however should the
team be required to stay longer due to delay not caused by us then the total delayed
period will be charged to customer based on per-site-rate-per-day basis.
Customer shall be responsible for arranging proper uninterrupted access to all locations
without allowing third party to work there simultaneously that may cause stoppage or
delay to above mentioned scope of work. In the event of stoppage or interruptions, the
same will add to installation schedule thereby extending completion period.
Access to work at individual locations should be pre-defined, timed and provided by
customer to KYNETIC SYSTEMS at the time of commencing installation works.
Unless found defective or poor workmanship, in the event the customer requests to re-do
or modify any installed component at jobsite, the same will be undertaken after obtaining
formal change order from client for the same.
Should it be required that during an ongoing jobsite, some modification or additional work
is required, the same shall be charged on an additional basis to client.
KYNETIC SYSTEMS will not be responsible for any damage to installation work due to
Force Majuere at any point of time.
Delay Penalty not accepted by KS.

20% Down-payment with job order for every site.

30% Balance upon delivery of material to jobsite.
50% Balance upon completion of said installation works. (i.e. immediately upon submitting
completion report to client).

All Time periods to be counted from mutually agreed commencement date of each activity. Delivery Period starts from date of receipt of Purchase Order

project works under the assumption that the customer shall notify ONE WEEK prior to commencement of mobilization for project work.
Supply & installation works of above mentioned will commence & be continued in a sequential order.

Unless specified in Logistics & Handling, delivery is free within Riyadh City only. Shipping anywhere outside Riyadh is charged to
customer as per actual billing from carrier.

Quality Assurance
Two levels of quality assurance will be maintained throughout this process 1. CONTRACTOR: QA procedure(s), supplied by client, are fully complied with & documented by
contractor at site.
2. CLIENT: A reporting & contact window will be created & maintained at all times, who will be
responsible for coordinating with contractors site team and ensure QA requirements & procedures
are followed; in this regard this contact window on behalf of client will assist contractors team in all
respects.

HARDWARE Manufacturers Standard Warranty towards manufacturing defect without any involvement of
contractor (KYNETIC SYSTEMS in this case).
INSTALLATION ONE YEAR Warranty from the date of Completion.
