I SHAWNA COX, make this declaration of my own free will. If I were called and sworn to testify
again, I am competent of my own personal knowledge to testify under penalty of perjury regarding the
following:

I am submitting this declaration to document the abuse I am being subjected to by Judge Anna
Brown who has extreme bias towards the Bundy defendants.

I explained to Judge Anna Brown that I subpoenaed James OHagan to testify regarding
documents we worked on together while we were at the Malheur.

In accordance with ER 403 I am relying on these documents to prove my innocence and expose
the criminal actions of government employees who sought to harm us, and were directly responsible for
raising a level of terror in the Burns community.

In accordance with ER 403 I am relying on presenting the following documents to the jury to
prove my innocence: The Anti -Government Movement Guidebook, then letters James J. OHagan and I
co wrote and submitted to the Highland School district, and the friend of the court Briefs James OHagan
wrote and submitted to the courts regarding the unlawful persecution and prosecution of the
Hammonds.

By preventing me from presenting these documents to the jury Judge Anna Brown is
prosecuting us herself and providing Nobility and special privileges and immunities to the government
employees who terrorized Harney County and Burns Oregon.
