NOTICE AND DEMAND FOR RELIEF, FULL ACQUITANCE AND DISCHARGE

NOW Comes DEFENDANT RYAN CBUNDY with the demand for immediate relief, full acquitance and discharge. On
the 11"' day of October the process ofremedy was completed with regards to the above captioned "case" by
operation of Law, without recourse. Payment (#1413 and #1414) was indorsed and filed (Title 26) by embry, julie,
one of the registered name holders, in accordance with Title 22 FARA, and one of the asset managers of all assets,
registered and unregistered, of and belonging to the name RYAN C BUNDY. This payment (in accordance with Title
26, Title 12, HJR 192) ended any and all alleged and unverified controversy between UNITED STATES and RYAN C

BUNDY in this alleged court named UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF OREGON PORTLAND
DIVISION.
For this alleged court to proceed would be treason and a violation of Anna J. Brown's oath of office and contract; as
well as a violation of RYAN C BUNDY's right to contract and to not contract (UCC 1-308, formally 1-207). For this
alleged court to proceed would be barratry and stultifying of the creditor( s ).

The Plaintiff has unlawfully kidnapped, bundy, ryan c, a/k/a ryan of the bundy society, whom is one of the
registered name holders of the name RYAN C BUNDY. The Plaintiff, a registered artificial PERSON, has no lawful
authority to do so, and lacks the consent of either of the registered name holders (agents) to be held as surety for
the name and (principal) RYAN C BUNDY. The Plaintiff and this alleged court are conspiring together and lacks
authority to have ever or to continue to hold the living and breathing flesh of the man and creation of God who is
called ryan, the private property of the Bundy's. The Plaintiff and this alleged court has been and does now
conspire together and continue to hold ryan hostage unlawfully and illegally without contract and without consent
in a commercially zoned warehouse with the intention of cruelty and to ensure that he has no way to defend his
safety, restore or retain his liberty. Therefore, I demand you to release immediately and no later than 5: OOpm on
this day, the private trust property, ryan c of the Bundy society/family, agentand registered name holder of the
assumed name RYAN C BUNDY and escort ryan to his liberty.

FURTHERMORE, the Plaintiff asserts itself as "government" but is actually a legal business entity registered with
DUNN AND BRADSTREET, as #052714196. "Inasmuch as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction,
and a creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with other artificial persons. The imaginary,
having neither actuality nor substance, is foreclosed from creating and attaining parity with the tangible. The legal
manifestation of this is that no government, as well as any law, agency, aspect, court, etc. can concern itself with
anything other than corporate, artificial persons and the contracts between them." S.C.R 1795, Penhallow v.
Doane'sAdministrators (3 U.S.54; 1L.Ed57; 3 Dall. 54). No contract between UNITED STATES and RYAN C
BUNDY, nor its name holders, exist or has been produced by the Plaintiff to prove a breach of an obligation to
perform.

MOREOVER, we the people have never authorized a corporate form of "government". The sole purpose to
transform to a corporate form of government from the Founders original intent is for the unjust enrichment of the
corporation and its agents by way of fraud and deceit This corporate form of "government" is repugnant to the
constitution for the united States of America and cannot and will not be tolerated by we the people who can only be
governed by consent

IN CONCLUSION, when "The government descended to the level of a mere private corporation and takes on the
character of a mere private citizen ... for the purpose of suit, such corporations and individuals are regarded as an
entity entirely separate from government'' Bank of U.S. v. Planters Bank, 9 Whear. 22 U.S. 904, U.S. v Erie Ry Co.,
106 U.s. 327; Clearfield Trust Co. v. U.S. 318 U.S. 363 (1,943); 'When governments enter the world of commerce,
they are subject to the same burdens as any private firm or corporation." U.S. v. Burr. 309 U.s. 22; See 22 U.S.C.A
286e. Bank of U.S. v Planters Bank of Georgia.
