INTRODUCTION
A project charter (PC) is a document of a project that exists and provides the project
manager with written authority to begin the work. It is also refers as to a statement of
objectives in a project. It sets out detailed project goals, roles and responsibilities, identifies
the main stakeholders, and the level of authority of a project manager. We as a team members
have learned that this project charter would define the content scope, budget, and technical

aspects. We can set the mission of our organization and the strategies on how to handle the
project. Learning objective that we could get from this project charter are on how we
handling the project management and on how we use the project charter in our own project.
Our project meeting for the project was organised by the secretary as she will do the minute
meeting. The meeting of the project was leading by the CEO and the scribe jot down all the
main point in the meeting such as what should be done in the project.

LEARNING OBJECTIVE
Our first learning objective is to identify the way and the process in handling the
project management. The first step in project management is to identify the words that
unclear and unfamiliar words that we rarely heard. Each of every member must find a word
that they did not know and after that we discuss about the words or terms itself deeper after
that we will gives each other opinion on every item that find to make it clear. Second step is
we have to give as much as problem on the words that has been given to make sure
everything will be understand and easy to remarks the problem. We compile all of the
problem is because to ensure each of everyone in our team will be understand so that it will
make the project will go easier later. The third one is to brainstorm all the possible
explanation of project charter. We gaining as much as possible explanation and list out all the
answer on all the problem that listed. In this section, we do a lot of sharing opinion and
sharing our own answer without any prejudice.
After a lot of discussions and arguments we finally came out with one out of 5 the
discussion that will be the one that we would take and bring out into viable. We choose to
doing transportation business Ride Along and conducting a project management. We find
out the best learning objective in this matters is how do we handling the project management

once we had deal with this business. We stick to the learning objective to find out more all
about the problem and the solutions. We developing the project charter by each and every
members after that we will compile then from that we knows what is the best method that we
will going to be used to run our business.
The second learning objective that we gain is we have to know how much project
charter will be effect in making a project management. Yes we definitely will using
something as our guidelines in making any way of any project, so do we, we using project
charter as our benchmark into making our project management became viable. By using
project charter we know what level we are dealing with. From that all of our members will
knows where to start the step and where we have to put an end by using this kind of
guidelines. Project charter is important for those who are really new in running a business
like us. We also can define what stage are we in project management. Based on what we have
discussed we are choosing Ride Along project. What are the most important part is we have
to defined what are core of the project itself. The core project must have been very clear on
every members because this will be the most important task to run the company. When
understanding the core of the project management it will cause each and every members will
run the business and their part properly.
Then, project charter will makes disciplined management processes in the project
management. In project charter, it provide references and documents to help both team
members understand the project's that running at the time. The direct involvement between all
of the team members in the project charter process. Project charter really a good way to
improving team building among members.
CONCLUSION

What we have learn in making our new project management is we know and built a
good team building among members. We also gain a lot of interesting idea because each of
every members have unique and different perspectives. Plus, while making project charter we
know the actual guidelines because we can used project charter as out benchmark in making a
new project. From the we know the stage that we in and making all the progress through the
flow that has been stated. Understanding the core project is the most important thing to know
because from that we can develop a strong project management.
