WHERE IS THE PARK LOCATED?
Old Trace Park is located on Post Road in Ridgeland MS.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Parking is FREE and available. Handicapped parking is available.
Old Trace Parks event parking will begin in the Madison Ramp lot and open grassy areas
as indicated along Madison Landing Circle.
ARE FOOD & BEVERAGES AVAILABLE?
Yes! All types of food and beverages will be available for purchase from numerous vendors
within the park.
WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT START?
The gates open to the public at 5:30 p.m. Friday the 21st and at 11:00 a.m. Saturday 22nd
CAN I BRING...?
Typically patrons are allowed to bring the following, but final discretion on individual items is
up to the event staff:

Backpacks/purses (may be subject to search)

Binoculars

Blankets/towels/chairs

Small shade canopy or tent

Ponchos/rain coats/umbrella

Strollers

Sunscreen

Change of clothing

A positive attitude
For the safety and enjoyment of all our patrons, the following items are
strictly PROHIBITED:

Glass containers

Coolers & picnic baskets

Firearms or weapons of any kind

Fireworks

Illegal substances of any kind

Laser pointers

Mace/pepper spray

Musical instruments

Grills or any type of cooking device

Sharp or dangerous items of any kind

It is our goal to provide a fun and safe environment for all patrons. The Pearl River Valley
Water Supply District has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy towards violence of any kind. All
incidents will be addressed by the PRVWSD Police and Event Security Staff. Any persons
involved in fighting or violent or dangerous behavior will be escorted from the park and face
possible arrest.
