A new shareholding

After eight years of constant and

trustful support to the development
of TLD, MAAF, the insurance
Group which owned 85% of its
share capital, has sold its controlling
stake in the capital of TLD to AXA
Private Equity, in a transaction
involving the Group management.

by stock exchange operations,
which led to the acquisition of
100% of the capital of our company
resulting in TLD no longer being
listed on the Paris stock exchange.
AXA Private Equity, a division of the
AXA worldwide insurance Group,
is a company which specializes
in the investment in industrial and
service companies. Its objective

is to support TLD strategy,

and to help the Group to grow

of the recent years. After
the completion of the transaction,
Barclays Private Equity has
been invited to join AXA and

GPU-4180.

Introduction of the GPU-4180.

TLD-Windsor developed a new
ground power unit for use on the
A380 aircraft and also late versions
of B747s. The unit produces
180 KVA of electrical power
for these aircraft and employs
the standard TLD control system
including the very effective and
reliable Generator Control Module
(GCM) that insures accurate
voltage and frequency control
required for todays sophisticated
aircraft. TLD performed extensive
testing on the A380 at Airbus
Toulouse facility and received
praise or this units capability.

ACU-401.

Introduction of
the ACU-802-CUP.
This latest addition
to the famous 802
air-conditioner product
line incorporates
a Cummins Tier 3
Emissions compliant
QSB 6.2 engine. This
is the first application
of a Cummins
engine in this
product line, which
was pursued due to
the announcement
by Detroit Diesel
that their series 40
engine would not be
advanced to Tier 3
compliance.

vehicles LSP and WSP.
TLD-Windsor, Saint-Lin and
Shanghai factories jointly
developed the new Lavatory
Service and Water Service vehicles
(LSP and WSP), introduced in
late 2006. These products are
applicable on all current aircrafts

The industrial goal for this Ranger

Program project was to create a
common platform that would be
produced in multiple factories and
make use of components common
to other TLD Ranger products.
This approach insures a higher
level of efficiency for the
production and support of this
product line than previously
possible when different models
were being produced by each
of these three factories. The new
product line incorporates many
special features as standard that
were previously offered as options
on former models.

High pressure turbo blower.

ACU-302 shown with newly developed galvanized frame.

Introduction of the ACU-401. This addition to TLD-Windsors

air-conditioning product line focuses on the cooling of fighter
aircraft and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). This sector of the
market requires a very precise control of temperatures to insure
that the sophisticated electronics on board of the aircraft operate
properly. Additionally these very compact aircraft require high
pressure air to insure adequate flow to all of their electronic bays.
The ACU-401 therefore employs a high speed turbo blower to meet
this requirement and additional refrigeration capacity to overcome
the resulting heat of compression.

Increased use of galvanization for longer durability.

TLD-Windsor continued to expand its use of galvanized frames and
powder coated panels, which is proving to be the most effective means
of corrosion resistance in the market. In 2006 the very successful
ACE-302 product line was converted to this finish mode. Not only
does this process provide our customers with a product whose finish
is virtually maintenance free for its entire life but it also allowed
TLD-Windsor to increase very significantly its production rate in a short
period of time by elimination of the time consuming paint queue.

When dreams become

reality

> In 2005, TLD was awarded by The Boeing Company

a contract to design and manufacture several special
loading platforms dedicated to the load and transfer
of major fuselage components of the new Boeing 787
aircraft called the Dreamliner in a modified Boeing
747-400 called the Dreamlifter.

Shanghai facility

In order to cope with the

fast increase of its activity
and workforce, and with its
growing range of products,
TLD Shanghai has made
new investments and
improvements in its facility
in 2006 and 2007.
> A brand new spacious
office building, of over
1,000 sq meters, has
been erected in order to
provide a high quality work
environment to its growing
engineering and industrial
management teams.

> The workshop space

has almost doubled
to 3,800 sq. meters and
the main assembly workshop
has been renovated.

> Dedicated shipping and

receiving area have been
created next to finished
product warehouse to face
increasing logistic activities.

> Covered storage

area for both production
components and finished
products has been
built, and the total
storage space increased
to 2,400 sq. meters.

Today, TLD Shanghai is

proud to offer to the China
and international market a
range of products benefiting
from the Groups engineering
and manufacturing expertise
now produced in a modern
factory meeting international
standards.

The Boeing Company

has honored TLD with an
award in September 2007.
