Objective:
Students would be learning different digital signal processing concepts using various tools and
technology like MATLAB.

Please make sure you use the same computer in the lab throughout the semester.
You are requested to take back-up from Lab PC during completion of each Lab for safety of your data.
We are recommending having your own backup on Google drive.
Note: -
First thirty minutes will be for instruction and guidelines of present lab.
Remaining time will be allocated for completing the present lab.
During same time viva will be conducted for previous labs

Submissions will be taken in Google drive. Each student shall create a folder. Name of the
folder will be enrollment.number_student.name. i.e. 160230_Parth_Shah. You shall share
this folder to dsp.iet.au@gmail.com . You shall keep this folder throughout this semester for
submitting DSP Labs.
You need to share labs by keeping in the same folder like LAB_1, LAB_2, LAB_3 etc.
Deadline will be varying based on complexity of assignment, so lab wise instructions will be
given.
Project Structure:
Students will be designing a DSP application in group. This group will remain same during
entire semester.
Project title, Number of Group members and task allocation will be done by Instructor which
is also depends on complexity of project.
Project duration will be from 1 March to 30 April (2 Months)
Submissions will be taken in Google drive. Each student group shall create a folder. Name of
the folder will be group.number_group.name. i.e. DSP1_Xyz. You shall share this folder to
dsp.iet.au@gmail.com . You shall keep this folder throughout this semester for submitting
DSP Projects.
There will be separate deadlines for Project based on different phases which will be shared
at later stage.
