Dear AirSerbia,

The reason I am emailing you is to inform you about my delayed

baggage and to send you the necessary forms such as baggage inventory
and inventory list. In inventory list there are items that were included in my
bag. I demand full compensation of my items as most of them were
purchased again not only for immediate use, but also for sanitation
purposes. For four days, I had to buy clothing such as t-shirts, sportswear,
shoes, underwear and jacket. A list with the items I bought along with their
receipts is attached to this email.
I would also like to inform you that nearly a year ago I experienced a
severe heart attack. Fortunately, both the devices of producing oxygen and
blood pressure and my medicine were in my handbag, but I was in need of
my thermometer that was in the baggage. For that reason I had to buy one
when I arrived in Germany.
Furthermore, on my bag there were a label with my personal
information and a sticker with my bag tag-number, so there is no excuse for
not contacting with me. I was not informed about my baggage within 48
hours which is the time limit for lost or delayed baggage in the company
politics. I was worried about my bag, so I visited Lost & Found department
in Dus. Airport using the metro. I bought a ticket with my money in order to
do that. When I explained what happened, the personnel guided me into a
storage room where he told me that my bag might be. After a long time
searching, I finally found my delayed baggage.
I am fully disappointed with the situation I had to experience because
the reason I visited Germany was to participate in the global glass
exhibition (Glass Tech 2016) and instead of this, I had to spend time buying
items that were necessary in order to live humanly there.
