Caller reports high speed, erratic ops and tailgating of

MAPC 3EC738, a Forrester MV. In Mansfield the RP observed
the suspect MV run a red light.
The suspect MV has driven from Rte 495 SB to South Main, to
Hall, to Fruit, to Short to Ware to East to West to the
Police station parking lot; the suspect was in fear of her
safety. Ellender is out speaking with the operator.
Narrative:
Ellender observed MV ops from Ware St to the station and ops
were flawless. The operator was advised of the complaint,
Ellender mediated between the 2 parties and sent them on
their way
