The OneLife Brand

In June 2016 the new corporate identity of the OneLife global community
of members was announced.
To become the everyday essential brand for all our members and
shareholders, OneLife must continue to build a successful and enduring
company by applying the right tools and resources.
To achieve this, all OneLife members must present the OneLife brand
and communication in a consistent, unified way that will resonate across
the network and will have the strength and impact to capture peoples
imagination across geographic regions and diverse cultures.

These guidelines have been developed so that all people become


familiar with its brand identity in a few steps that will ensure the
consistency, accuracy, confidence and purpose of all communication
initiatives across all communication channels.
The OneLife brand book has one purpose - to help all OneLife members
be heard globally by communicating in one voice - louder, clearer,
simpler!

OneLife Network

OneLife provides the virtual tools and services for anyone, anywhere
in the world to participate in mining the OneCoin cryptocurrency. Plus,
by creating his/her own OneLife team, members get to participate

OLN Brand Ambassadors

Every member of the OneLife Network, who promotes the OneLife


brand, its products and services, is an OLN brand ambassador! Brand
ambassadors have the power to increase the OneLife brand awareness
and are under obligation to represent the OneLife corporate brand in
appearance, demeanor, values and ethics in a positive way.
Therefore they must have a professional approach in all their dealings,
be honest and sincere, clarifying any misunderstandings about
goods, business opportunities or statements made during consulting

discussions. As a global network of people with diverse cultural


backgrounds, OneLife brand ambassadors embrace cultural inclusion
and respect all other OLN members.
As a OneLife brand ambassador, you are under strict obligation to act
in accordance with the Ethical Rules for dealing with Clients, other
IMAs and Companies, defined in the OneLife Terms & Conditions, as
well as the rules defining advertising initiatives explained in the IMA

LEGAL & COMPLIANCE CHECK LIST
RELATED TO THE ONELIFE BRAND & ADVERTISING
IMAs are required to always identify themselves
as Independent Marketing Associates in all of
their business dealings, including when they are
promoting their business via print materials or
electronic media.
OneLife Network trademarks or other trade
marks may not be copied or used partially or as
a whole without the Companys express written
consent.
IMAs are prohibited from registering their own
trademarks, titles, websites or other intellectual
property rights that contain the OneLife Network
logo, trademark, product names, titles or trade
names of the Company in any other country.

The aforementioned prohibition applies to both
identical and similar signs and the use of the
aforementioned character in sub-domains or
other subcategories of the URL.
When using other online media, IMAs must
explicitly indicate that it is not an official OneLife
Network advertisement or online presence of
the Company, but independently developed
by the IMA. In these cases they can ONLY use
their own logo, not the OneLife logo. IMAs may
advertise OneLife Network system and products

and services on TV, cable TV, radio, newspapers,


e-mail or other forms of electronic media or mass
media only with the Companys prior written
consent. Said consent may be withheld by the
Company at any time and at its sole discretion.
All such advertising materials shall be sent for
approval to compliance@onecoin.eu. Materials
which are not in English shall be accompanied
with certified translation in English.
In their presentation materials IMAs may NOT
provide misleading information about OneLife
Networks nature of business and products,
including names, prices and benefits.
All statements about the nature of the business,
products offered and the OneLife Network sales
system MUST correspond to the content of
OneLife Networks marketing and informational
materials.
IMAs may NOT make announcements related
to promised and/or guaranteed revenues and
earning opportunities. The IMAs success depends
entirely on their personal commitment, abilities,
and effort.
IMAs may NOT advertise OneLife Networks
products through dubious and/or misleading

promises, nor by promising special benefits when


these are linked to uncertain future outcomes.
In their presentations and presentation materials
IMAs may NOT announce statements presented
as official statements on behalf of OneLife
Network.
IMAs are NOT allowed to issue, publish and print
any presentations, other advertizing materials,
including books, regarding the OneLife Network
and using the company trademarks, without the
prior written consent of the Company.
The tokens generated when activating a
OneAcademy educational package (Ultimate,
Infinity, Premium Trader, Tycoon+ Trader, Tycoon
Trader, Executive Trader, Pro-Trader, Trader
and Starter ) are promotional and give access
the mining pools but do not guarantee you will
receive coins, nor do they represent a specific
amount of OneCoins that you will be able to mine.
IMAs must maintain strict confidentiality
regarding business and trade secrets of the
Company and its structure. In particular including
information on downline activities and the
information contained therein as well as data
about third parties, partners of the Company or
other IMAs.

These Guidelines were prepared in accordance with the OneLife Network Terms and Conditions and IMA Agreement.
If you do not adhere to them when you prepare your promotional and advertising materials, the Company will
consider this as a violation of the OneLife Network Terms and Conditions and IMA Agreement which shall be subject
of sanctions, including the immediate suspension of the IMAs account for a period of 14 days and/or imposition of a
fine up to 500.
