COMMERCIAL TERMS
1. PRICES: Prices quoted are net ex our works at D i f f e r e n t L o c a t i o n s .
2. EXCISE DUTY: NIL

SALES TAX: Shall be charged extra @ 2% against form C.
4. DELIVERY: As per your delivery Schedule.

5. PAYMENTS: 40% unconditional advance alongwith technically & commercially clear Purchase
Order and balance 60% against Proforma Invoice after successful Inspection before dispatch.
6.
VALIDITY: Offer is valid for a period of 30 d ays from the date of offer. Beyond this date, Prices
shall stand to be Revised or Written Confirmation from our end is required.
7.
PRICE ESCALATIONS: The prices have been quoted after taking into account prevailing discounted
rates of the items suppliers mentioned in Bill of Material as on the date of this offer. Any subsequent
increase in the rates of these items on account of price revisions or increase in taxes / duties / levies
shall be charged extra to your account.
8. WARRANTEE: Our products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or
18 months from the date of supply whichever is earlier against any manufacturing defects.
9. INSPECTION & TESTING: Final testing of items shall be carried out at our Principals works. 11KV
CTs/PTs shall be manufactured and inspected at our Manufacturing unit M/s Mini Engineering Works,
Ghaziabad.
10. Form C or any other applicable form shall be submitted at the time of taking delivery. If the form is not
submitted then difference of Tax amount shall be kept as a deposit until we receive the Form.
11. FREIGHT: Freight shall be charged extra as per actuals.
12. PACKING: The Packing charges shall be extra @ 4%.
13. MAKE: Reputed / Approved make
14. VENDOR APPROVAL: Shall be in your Scope
15. TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE: The Offered for offered items are strictly as per your technical
specification provided to us.

16. FORCE MAJURE: we shall be under no liability under any contract arising out of our offer wherever
fulfillment our and/or our sub-vendors or suppliers obligations are hindered or prevented by causes
beyond our/their control such as war, strikes, lock-outs, fire, accidents, epidemics, orders of
government or other duly constituted authority.
17. SCOPE: Our Scope is limited to supply of items.
