Haiku and Canto Installation Instructions
*** Haiku and Canto installation requires both installation and network setup. Please see instructions
below. (Both must be completed prior to log in.)***
PART 1 INSTALL
1. On your mobile device select the App Store (iPhone) and search for Epic Haiku (iPhone) or
Epic Canto (iPad). Select the button to install the application.

2. Once you have the install complete you will move on to PART 2: Network setup. This must be
done prior to logging in.

PART 2 Network Setup
1. To setup your Network settings in your mobile browser enter the following Link
https://ecarehc.sentara.com
2. On the screen that displays as shown below, select the button that is appropriate for the device
that you are using:

3. This will launch the screen displayed below. (The Canto screen is very similar.) DO NOT attempt
to log in yet. Instead, select the Sentara PRD or Custom Configuration text that is indicated
below.

4. You may see a screen with two options. If you do, please select the option Sentara for Providers
as indicated below. If you do not have 2 options go to step 5.

5. Select the final option Sentara PRD at the next screen:

6. You will be taken back to the Log on screen. Log in as normal.

**If you are accessing additional Hospital Organizations you will need to contact their Help Desk for
setup information for that organization.**
