Project Description:
This project is to implement the FNOL (First Notice Of Loss)
application for claim processing in Medco Commercial Insurance to a
streamlined and integrated utilizing Workflow Management system to reduce
the FNOL lifecycle. The supporting framework is the PEGA Claims 3.2.
My Roles and Responsibilities:

Preparing test cases.

Project Description:
US bank in banking, life insurance, superannuation and investment brands in
USA. The Us Bank

has around 6,000 employees and relationships with nine

million customers. Pega BPM provided an integrated platform for automated

mortgage, personal loan and credit card origination. US Bank determined its
reliance on non-integrated systems and manual processes were affecting its
ability to grow its consumer loan business by inhibiting loan application
processing and approval. The system now offers full, end-to-end loan
origination

including

application

capture,

credit

approval,

automatic

decisioning, automated loans mortgage insurance, a broker portal, loans

verification, settlement, fulfillment and establishment, crossing all key
business areas needed to identify opportunities and create accounts.
My Roles and Responsibilities:
Developed various screens. Worked intensively on User Interface using

Harness, Sections and flow action rules.

Implemented various PRPC components like Decision tables, Decision

Maps, Declarative expressions and when rules.
