BACKGROUND:
Computer Support Center, Inc. (CSCI) is a company dedicated to the business of supplying power support facilities for general
IT applications, commercial and industrial. Our company has covered diverse UPS applications ranging from small box type
solution to higher capacities. Our previous installations include telecommunications, milling facilities and MIS automations. In
every installation, we see to it that every electrical aspect of the unit and the site are properly evaluated and carefully
considered for optimum performance. CSCI was formally registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 10,
1988.

Our Mission:
CSCIs mission is to serve the peripheral demands and needs of the Information Technology, Telecoms, Semicon and Banking

Industry and, thus, provide the essential nation-wide requirements of this domain. In this effort, we will provide the most
comprehensive line of value-based electronic products and services, particularly in the field of power protection. This we will
accomplish with prudence, honesty and integrity while observing basic social, moral and economic business concepts in all our
undertakings. With the best products and services at the most prudent pricing and the fairest profits, we will provide benefit and

CSCI Capabilities:
CSCI provides services to our customer at every level of the sale, from system design, training, integration, installation, testing
and commissioning and after sales service. A fully equipped and specially trained technical and support staff is maintained full
time to attend to all technical, maintenance, support, service and other needs of our clients. The efficiency and performance
ratings of our staff are demonstrated by our excellent service record which boasts of the following:
AVERAGE MEAN RESPONSE TIME FOR SERVICE= Normally within three to four (3-4) hours from official notification.
AVERAGE DOWN TIME FOR UNITS (UPS) = Normally within sixty (60) minutes from arrival of service staff.
The technical support personnel on-duty can be reached twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, including
Christmas Day, New Years Day and Good Friday.

Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)
CSCI commands special relationships with both local and foreign firms either as a Value Added Reseller (VAR), Dealer, Original
Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Exclusive Representative and Distributor.
CSCI is the exclusive distributor of Socomec UPS Group - a French-Italian firm that is dedicated in the manufacturing and
worldwide marketing of energy systems produce UPS (both AC and DC) up to 5400 kVA capacities. Socomec has been present in
all sector of the economy: banking, insurance, telecommunication, nuclear power, military technology, robotics and hospital for
over thirty years. Socomec UPS provides efficient protection for all sensitive equipment against electrical disturbances. The
design of Socomec UPS system provides adapted solution according to the needs of the customer.

marketing of Automatic Voltage Regulators from 1 kVA to 1000 kVA. Since its foundation in 1947, IREM has gained worldwide
recognition due to its reliability and innovative of its high tech products. IREM was granted the Scientific-Technical Awards in
1992 by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

CSCI is the appointed representative in the Philippines of MULTI-B SDN BHD to market the Translite Busduct product. MULTI-B Sdn
Bhd was established in 1989 as a means to market the translate MF (Maintenance-Free) Busduct. MULTI-B Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary
company of Translite Project Sdn Bhd Manufactures the Translite MF Busduct through technical collaboration with Hitachi Cable
Ltd., Japan. The Translite MF Busduct capacity is from 600 Amperes up to 6000 Amperes.

CSCI is the authorized distributor of PROTEC SPDs. PROTEC Corporation is an international, full service manufacturing facility of
lightning protection and grounding systems. PROTECs lightning protection, grounding, and power quality products and services can protect any
operation, property, or personnel from the risks of lightning strikes, be it a direct strike or secondary effects caused by nearby strikes.
