Our restaurant provides the comfortable condition to the customers. Besides that,
we also have two section in our restaurant that is free air section and air condition
section. Furthermore we also provide the delivery services to the area around 10
kilometres from our restaurant whereareas at Seberang Jaya.

b) Psychographic factor
Our restaurant offered the curry puff product not only for the certain level of
peoples instead its suitable for everyone no matter their ages, sex, and their income.
Our main objective is focus on customers taste. So provides the variety of our curry puff
menu. Based on survey that we have made before, we concluded that the communities of
our country prefer to enjoy the variety taste of curry puff. As a result from the variety of
curry puff, it will fullfill our customers taste.

Curry Puff shape and taste
Our restaurant provide many shape and taste of the curry puff recipies. Hot
Puffs resipies are chicken, beef, seafood and vegetable curry puff. We also provides
special sauce that is fruit sauce and mayonnaise sauce. Our curry puff not only delicious,
it also content all the nutritions. Nowaday many peoples are busy with their activities
and have not enough time to serve their own foods in home, so curry puff will solve this
problem. Many peoples will come to buy Hot puffs curry puff to fullfill customers
needs.
Packaging
(i)

Product protection
In packaging the goods, our restaurant choose packing the curry puff in order to

maintain the quality. We used the material that can absorb oil and seal that can control
the temperature of the curry puff. Our restaurant also concern in choosing how to pack
the curry puff, so that the food will be in the good condition during the delivery and
storage.
Besides that, we also provide the delivery services any time according to the
custormers during business hour. It will make our customers satisfy although they cannot
come to our restaurant.

packaging that can make our products different and more interactive. In our packaging
also shows our identity of producing the better curry puff.
