Drench shower to have isolator switch at low level (Out of
scope)
All toilets to be fitted with correct toilet paper holders, paper
towel & soap dispensers
Fire alarm log book missing
Data incomplete throughout building, no certification as yet.
Finish locks in doors
Hercules to note GF14, top corner of existing brickwork
remains cracked but has been painted over.
Fit 1 no. blind to window far right of room
Make good hole in vinyl
2 no. handles missing on window to far side of room
