REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR FAMILY REUNION VISA

(REUNION RICONGIUNGIMNTO FAMILIARE)

1. Basic requirement for all categories applicant for family reunion visa

Fully fill up the application form with applicant Signature (In Case Of Child Signature
Will Given By Local Guardian)

All pages of Passport photocopy of all passport of sponsor. If any passport lost then
provide GD copy or lost declaration from Bangladesh Embassy Rome/Milan.

Valid Soggiorno photocopy attested from Commune/Questura.

Passport photocopy of applicant. For MRP passport provides two sets only photo page &
for handwritten passport provide first 5 pages.

Family certificate from chairman/commissioner according to the embassy format.
2. Required document for spouse visa (in case of first marriage both of them)

Marriage certificate (from Kazi/priest), provide marriage photos.

Nikahnama Bangla & English (original from Kazi), or Marriage affidavit for Hindu &
Buddhist marriage. Required voter id/passport photocopy of priest (Need to show original
voter ID/passport photocopy of priest.)
2.1 Required additional documents if marriage was held by Telephonic. This additional papers
including clause

Telephonic Marriage Certificate from Kazi (original).

A declaration given by the Bangladesh Embassy of Rome/Milan about Telephonic
marriage is legal in Bangladesh.
Declaration of two witnesses with signature about the telephonic marriage. Soggiorno
attested by the commune of witnesses and PPT photocopy of witness.
A declaration from husband/wife who live in Italy about the telephonic marriage. Details
of the witness has to be their.
Voter Id/Passport (original) photocopy of Bangladeshi two witness.

3. Required documents for children wants to meet with their parent

Parents Marriage certificate (from Kazi/ priest)

Nikahnama Bangla & English (original from Kazi), or Marriage affidavit for Hindu &
Buddhist marriage. Required voter id/passport photocopy of priest. (Need to show
original voter ID/passport photocopy of priest.

No objection certificate from local guardian where mention who will accompany his/her
children to Italy. Provide voter ID/passport photocopy of local guardian. (Need to show
original voter ID/passport photocopy of local guardian.

Guardian application that live in Italy mention about who will accompany his/her
children to Italy.

The parents need to declare and certify from the commune on the photocopy of local
guardians voter id that the guardianship has been hand over to the concern person.

4. Required documents if parents want to meet their children

Dependent certificate from chairman/commissioner. Declaration certificate from parent who
wants to go to Italy.

5. Required documents if husband/wife or both have got divorce before

All Bangladeshi certificates have to be attested from ministry of foreign affairs.
