Draft EIS Available for Public Review
CTA and FTA have prepared a Draft EIS based on the technical analysis of impacts of the proposed project. The
Draft EIS documents the benefits and impacts of the alternatives being considered, which include impacts to parks
and wetlands.
The Draft ElS is available for public review and comment from October 6 to November 30, 2016. The Draft EIS is
available on the RLE Project website (transitchicago.com/RedEIS). Hard copies of the Draft EIS are available at
