    Greetings in Christ.
    I have been asked by Anashya Goshal to provide a letter of
    recommendation towards the purpose of his baptism. Not being
    acquainted of a member of the Church of Rome who knows him well
    enough to make the recommendation, he has given the honour to me,
    a layman of the Church of England. I was baptized at St. Richards
    Church, in the city of Round Rock of the state of Texas, a component
    state of the United States of America.
    I am willing to vouch for both the character and the will and intention
    of Anashya. In the time that I have known him, he has demonstrated
    himself, to the extent that a fallen man may, to be a person of a will
    and character that would be of great advantage to the Church of God. I
    believe him to be sincere and of sufficiently sound mind to
    competently make this decision before God and man. I believe he will
    make a fine Roman Catholic.
