Step to follow
1)

Do not transfer any WM related Customization to PRD server.

2)

Make following temporary Customization to 311 movement type as QM not active

Transfer this request to PRD server. By this setting, system will not create any inspection lot for
storage location to storage location transfer posting.
3)

Make setting to New Batch Creation Make Manual Batch creation for 311 movement type.
Logistics General -> Batch Management -> Creation of New Batches -> Define Batch Creation for
Goods Movements

Note : After Transferring the stock from Storage location to DUMM & then DUMM to Storage location
reset the setting to

Create New Dummy Storage Location DUMM in all the required plant.

5)

Extend all the required material to DUMM storage location , by MMSC tr.code

6)

Write BDC to transfer all the material stock from WM activated storage location to DUMM storage
location by MB1B tr.code (311 mvt. Type). Example Transfer stock available in RM01 storage
location to DUMM storage location.

7)

Write BDC to transfer all the quality stock from WM activated storage location to DUMM storage
location by QAC2 tr.code . Example Transfer stock available in RM01 storage location to DUMM
storage location.
Note: Only Allow those stock in quality which has inspection Lot.
If Inspection lot is not available with the batch, then use MB1B Tr.code with 323 mvt.type to
transfer the quality stock from existing storage location to DUMM.

8)

Transfer WM related request to PRD server. Do not activate WM activities to DUMM str. Location.

9)

Extend all the required material to respective warehouse & storage type.

10)

Now run BDC to transfer back the stock of all the material from DUMM storage location to
respective storage location by MB1B tr.code (311 Mvt. Type.). Example Transfer back the stock
from DUMM storage location to RM01 storage location. This will create TR in background & create
+ve quant in 921 interim storage type.

11)

Write BDC to transfer back all quality stock from DUMM storage location to WM activated storage
location by QAC2 tr.code . This will create TR in background & create +ve quant in 921 interim
storage type.
Note: Only Allow those stock in quality which has inspection Lot.

12)

If Inspection lot is not available with the batch, then use MB1B Tr.code with 323 mvt.type to
transfer the quality stock from DUMM storage location to existing storage Location.

Make temporary setting so that auto confirmation will happen for TO posting.
14)

Write BDC to Post Transfer order with reference to TR document & post the stock to respective
storage Bin (Tr.code LB12). If auto confirmation is not configured then write BDC to confirm the
TO (TR.code : LT12)

15)

Reset the above MM 311 movement type setting, Remove tik QM not active to 311 mvt. Type.
