which people of all races are treated fairly and in the same way regardless of their
skin and ethnicity. Muhammad Ali once said that hating people because of their
colour is wrong and it doesnt matter which colour does the hating. Its just plain
wrong. Racial equality is an ideology that most nations strive to embrace. Having a
society of equal opportunity and chance will greatly benefit the economy of a country
in terms of its free-market economy. With a great economy, a nation blossoms as the
level of education, sophistication of its people and the standard of living increases
exponentially.
When someone is targeted it is generally not a result of what they look like,
but rather segregated on account of what they accept. Numerous societies today
go to the same school, libraries and eateries. Individuals are distinctive and
differences are acceptable. Unfortunately, these phenomena of racism is clogging up
day by day and it is like a virus which infects and spreads and this poses a threat to
humanity. There are many reasons of racial inequality to occur.although there
have been speculations by the social scientists,but there are some serious causes
racism and racially motivated violence.
First and foremost, people who are racist are usually often xenophobic
themselves due to the fear of people who are different. Profound trepidation can
convey what needs to be in racially spurred brutality (Omi & Winant, n.d). Thus, this
leads to a lack of knowledge pertaining different cultures and religion. fear of giving
vitality to different people and isolationist and protectionist foreign policies. Next,

behavioural attributes of a certain group. Parents should be clear and thorough when
explaining to children about acceptance of different groups by encouraging them to
make friends with people from all races. This will help children in realising that a
person of a different skin colour is still an average normal person.
