Coordinated with research team to design a research study that aimed to assess the impact of the VAs Healthy Teaching
Kitchen program on clinical outcomes in Veterans with Diabetes Mellitus.
Carried out the appropriate steps to submit for and obtain IRB approval.
Performed a retrospective chart review to collect relevant clinical data for 155 study participants.
Used SAS software to run statistical reports and analyzed the data to identify relevant, statistically significant results.
