ALLRANE BD 14746-px
ALLRANE BD 14746-px A / BD 14746-px B is a two-component polyurethane which can readily processed and cured at
room temperature, free from MOCA and TDI. It consists of a polyol part BD 14746-PX A and an aromatic isocyanate part BD
14746-PX B. The polymerization can be made at room temperature or by heating. The final characteristics are obtained after
3 to 4 weeks at room temperature or 18 hours at 60C.
It can be used for the realization of piece of wear, waterproofness, envelope.

PROCESSING
Before use it is necessary to mix the POLYOL part until both colour and aspect become homogeneous. If the
machine is equipped with stirrers, maintain a constant agitation in the polyol tank during process.
Mixing ration by weight :

100 parts BD 14746-px A

40 parts BD 14746-px B

Pot life: Adjustable to 1 from 7 mn on 100g for application in machine (15 45 min in manual application)
Processing: at room temperature, in hot or cold mold.
Demolding: depends on the volume of the piece and on the temperature of the mold. Under cold conditions on a mass of
200g, demolding time is about 30 min to 60 min. In a mold at 60C, part can be demolded after 10-20 min.
Post-curing: if needed, to obtain quickly the final mechanical characteristics: 18 hours at 60C or 48 hours at 40C.

NB: Depending on the type of material and because of the technicality of products, its better to study
beforehand the optimization of the processing.

STORAGE
Store between 15C and 30C in sealed containers in order to avoid contact with moisture (its better
under nitrogen blanket).
If these conditions are followed, containers can be stored for 6 months before use.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Work in a ventilated area, away from any ignition source.
Protective gloves, mask and working suit are recommended.
