Common Data
Separating different
parameter groups by a
blank row
The data needs to be negotiated with customers and is consistent on the entire
network.
The data values are fixed, not vary with eNodeBs, such as the operator information
and OSS OM IP address.
When deploying eNodeBs in batches, the data is applicable to all eNodeBs in the
Summary data file.

Cell template
Basic information about a cell, such as the cell ID, name, and template,
is given in this sheet. You need to fill in the sheet row by row. Each row
corresponds to the planned data of one cell.

Reference in Pattern
Pattern sheet supports the data to refer to the data value in the
sheet of Common Data and Base Station Transport Data.

List
Data of different NEs is
distinguished by eNodeB name.
Data in the Base Station Transport Data sheet is redundant when the
number of NEs and the number of parameters are large. To prevent the
data from becoming redundant, you can list some parameters of NEs in
an independent sheet.

Correctness is the basic rule for data of a single NE. If data that violates the
rule is delivered to the eNodeB, activation of the data fails.
The basic rule in the CME is consistent with that on NEs. The incorrect data
detected by the CME cannot be delivered to NEs.
Integrity is an enhanced rule supported by only the CME for data of a single
NE. This rule enables the CME to analyze the indispensable MOCs from the
service perspective.
Integrity is not a forcible constraint rule. Users determine whether to forcibly
deliver the data that violates the rule.

If Operation is set to AutoFix, the CME automatically recovers data. You do not
need to specify any information.

Edit: Double-click a data record and modify data in the displayed MOC configuration
table.
