Dear Sir,
One no. 6.6KV, 320KW HT Induction Motor (CGL) make have been sent to CGL, Bhopal Works for the
rectification purpose. We need the the motor at site on urgent basis. We have a regular interaction with
CGL, Bhopal and it seems it will take only in CGL factory one month.
Sir, can you talk to some senior people of CGL for the early rectification/ replacement of the motor. We
need your support to overcome this critical situation.

Dear Sir,
We have failure of 2 nos. HT motors in our Water system project, LD2. It is very doubtful for the
Quality of material.
One motor which has gone for repair to CGL, Bhopal. As soon as the motor opens photographs
shall be taken and initial report shall be communicated to us.
2nd motor gone to our ERS should also checked by CGL engineers and report with photographic
evidences shall be submitted.
As you knew that these motors have failed during trials, you have to replace them with New
motors. We will not accept Repaired motors.

With reference to the trailing mail and your telephonic discussion with our Mr. Susamoy Banerjee, please
try to understand the urgency of the rectify of the damaged HT Motor.
The damaged HT Motor is for the Water System Project for Scarfing Machine in LD#2, Tata Steel,
Jamshedpur which is doing executed by Blue Star Ltd. and the Scarfing Machine Project is doing
executed by SMS Simag. All the cold trails for the both projects are already completed. Commissioning
Engineer from Germany is present at site for the hot trail for the both project which was scheduled on
28.10.2016. But hot trail for both of the projects are hold due to the damaged Motor.
Therefore, you are requested to arrange a dedicated team for the rectification of the damaged Motor. We
need the Motor in the first week of November, 2016 otherwise it deeply effect both of the projects as well
as our Tata Steel. So, a quick action is required from your end.
Therefore, you are requested to send your timeline for the rectification. Please send the same as per
return mail.
Your kind co-operation is highly required to overcome this critical situation.
