Critical Thinking:

Of the laws you researched, which one do you think has the greatest impact
on creating a fair workplace for all employees? Explain your answer.
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act has had the greatest impact on
creating a fair workplace for all employees. It ensures that employees will
not be judged by based on any factor other than how well they work. The act
also provides equal pay, equal opportunity, and equal treatment in the
workplace among other things for all employees regardless of race, gender,

ethnicity, religion, or any other possible discriminatory factors. This act,

therefore, truly creates a fair workplace.

Part 2- Yes by design it truly creates an even playing field. But, do you feel
we as a nation have reached the point of a fair and equal in the work place?
