1. Tender documents will be available in the website www.eprocure.gov.in from 25.10.2016 09:00:00 hrs to
09.11.2016 12:00:00 hrs.. Payment against document fee (if any) shall be through DD drawn in favour of
FACT Ltd payable at Udyogamandal / NEFT/ RTGS / Cash remittance in FACT account as given in the
Instructions to the bidders. Other mode of payment will not be accepted. Document fee will not be refunded
under any circumstances.
2. The right to accept the lowest or any other tender rests with FACT
3. All bidders shall be registered under the KVAT Act and shall furnish their Registration Number with their bids. Bids
of parties not registered are likely to be rejected without assigning reasons.
4. The bidders shall comply with the prevailing statutory ESI / PF regulations for the employees engaged by them
5. The 'FACT/OWNER' (Awarder of contract) has the right to recover an amount equal to the VAT on works contract,
due in accordance with the provision of the KVAT Act from every payment made to the contractor including any
advance if paid, and remit the same to the respective assessing authorities under the act. However any contractor who
pays VAT regularly in accordance with the rules and produces certificate issued by the assessing authority to that
effect, will be paid for work executed without deduction of the VAT due on the contract for the period and to the extent
or for the works contract, specified in the certificate.
6.Offers submitted other than online mode shall not be accepted.
