support and professional customer service to the university community on a
consistent basis.
While performing the assigned duties of a Microcomputer PC Support Specialist, Ms.
Perez interacted with several thousand students, staff and faculty members

in interactions with personnel both internal and external to her assigned
department. She is punctual and results oriented.
Ms. Perez demonstrated a knowledge of current technology related trends and
concepts comparable to technicians with many more years of experience. Her
ability to manage time, resources, conduct thorough research, plan and execute
assigned tasks often resulted in commendable results.
Ms. Perezs ability to remain calm during stressful situations and stay focused on the
tasks at hand are just two of her many strengths. She is highly motivated and
continues to seek ways in which to enhance her skill set, while also staying focused
on her own career aspirations. Her integrity and loyalty are above reproach. She is
a total team player and has proven to be a reliable asset to our technical support
team as well as to the Technology Support Department.
