I had the pleasure of precepting Angie Orovich for six weeks in the PACU and
pre-op areas at Howard County General Hospital.

Angie began by observing patient care and then quickly transitioned to

assessing patients and eventually caring for up to two patients
independently under my supervision. Angie cared for patients from the
beginning of the recovery process until the patients time of discharge.
Angie provided compassionate and competent care and her critical thinking
skills were excellent. Angie was thorough and worked well with our staff.
She quickly felt like part of our team. In addition to providing great care to
her patients, Angie engaged patients in conversation and they truly enjoyed
working with her. Angie exhibits natural leadership abilities and displayed
good decision making skills. Angie is kind hearted, empathetic, and
professional.
