Narrative
On July 13, 2106 I made contact with Bill Dunn. Bill advised that his home and
barn was burnt down last year during the fire. Due to the damage he had to hire
Okanogan drilling to replace several things.
Okanogan drilling quoted him $15000.00 for the entire job and stated it would
only take 40 hours. Okanogan drilling stated they would be gone on vacation for
30 days and asked if that would be ok. Bill was fine with the 30 days and 360
mortgage gave Okanogan drilling a check for $15000.00. Bill advised that it took
an additional 15 days for them to arrive and start the job.
Bill showed me all the ditches he dug out to save money and help the project go
faster. Bill stated that during the time Okanogan Drilling was at his property
they only worked for 23 house and then requested an additional 40, 80 total.
They then advised they would need an additional $8000.00 to finish.
Bill showed me a power pole that Okanogan Drilling backed into causing it to
crack all the way to the top. Bill showed me where Okanogan Drilling dug up more
area and created a mess when they didn't need to.
Bill stated that he got into an argument with Chester. Bill stated that Chester
yelled at him stating that he didn't give a fuck about his water. Chester go his
equipment and left the job and took the cisterin and the pump that was apart of
the $15000.00 for the job.
Bill was advised that it was a civil complaint and I gave him his options. Bill
stated he understood and he needed to file report with the Sheriffs department.
Bill was given a case number.
