THE TRAFFIC CONTROL (FREEPORT AND CUNUPIA) ORDER,

2016
1. This Order may be cited as the Traffic Control (Freeport and Citation
Cunupia) Order, 2016.
2. This Order shall commence on Monday 24th October, 2016 at Commencement
6.00 a.m.
3. Motorist shall proceed in a southerly direction only on the One-way
Freeport Access Road North between the intersection of the Solomon traffic
Hochoy Highway and the Freeport Access Road and the intersection of
the Freeport Access Road and Calcutta Road No. 1.
4. Parking is prohibited on Jerningham Junction Road, Cunupia, No parking
between the Southern Main Road and Wilson Drive.
5. Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this Order Offence and
is liable on summary conviction for a first offence to a fine of seven penalty
hundred and fifty dollars and on any subsequent conviction to a fine of
one thousand dollars.
6. Without prejudice to any other liability incurred by the Removal and
commission of a summary offence, vehicles found parking in impounding
of vehicles
contravention of this Order may be removed by the Police and unlawfully
impounded and dealt with in accordance with section 108(1)(b) of the parked
Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic Act.
