Present
Saudi Arabian National Organization which deals in most sophisticated equipments,
machinery, national security functions with consultancy provided on national and
International levels. I was assigned a task to get VAR certification as no one in Saudi Arabia
has that before. Started with a limited time and but with management support, got certified
after the successful audit from SAP.
Taking care of overall implementation of CRM module, includes account management,
organization management, transaction configurations, activity management, partner
determination, action processing, CRM pricing, billing middleware and much more. In
solution manager; incident management, problem management, knowledge management
with change and release management. Other ITIL processes are also configured for HRDF,
while using FICA (Financial Contract Accounting) catering the needs of customer accounting
for HRDF. This project is really special as this has integration with existing application to
transfer and update the data between SAP and NON SAP Applications. Business process
change analyzer (BPCA), availability and technical monitoring for landscape management.
