dollars that she had hidden in the closet in the bedroom. They ransacked the
apartment, but did not take stereo equipment, ammunition or a rifle that was in
plain view.
She has recently moved here from Knox county and the Bruceville Area. She
states that there is a "long list" of people who would do this because her mother is
a meth head.
Crime scene was called to photograph and process the scene.
Please forward this to narcotics. The victim may be a person of interest to them.

Taylor, Linda Jean (W F, 53) VICTIM of Battery - Class B Misdemeanor [bm] (C), at KEMMERER, D. A.
3904 Covert Ave, Evansville, IN, on 11/12/2016, 00:21. Reported: 11/12/2016.
Officers originally dispatched to this address reference a "subject refusing to
leave" run. The Offender Rice wanted Ashley, her daughter, and Scott to leave.
They were the guests of the lease holder Taylor. Rice was very intoxicated and
argumentative on the first run, but agreed to go to her room and stay there.
Officer Kemmerer was dealing with a truck that was parked in the driveway of
the apartment complex when Scott ran out to me saying that Rice had scratched
Ashley and they were fighting. He showed me a cell phone video of Rice, who was
back in the living room, attacking Ashley and Linda. I entered the apartment and
placed Rice in handcuffs. She was uncooperative with jail staff and they were not
able to book
her in at this time.

We spoke to Heavenly Macintosh (VI) who stated that Robin Ande (OF) and
Jennifer Ande (OF) have been calling throughout the night. Macintosh had PO
papers (82D07-1611-PO-5646) stating that her PO had been approved but had not
yet been served. Macintosh was able to show us where both Ande`s had called
her six times so far. Macintosh said that she answered one call and Ande stated
"come play with us", "let`s have some fun" and "were gonna beat your ass".
Macintosh told officers that she was "bout that life" but her daughter is supposed
to stay with her tomorrow.
