ENGINEER "ALI: MIRZA ,PROBLEM OF ORAL SEX AND MISUSE OF A BRAILVI

PRINCIPLE.
[ We have borrowed this Critique from Ja"far Mahdi a former Twelver and a
Philosopher (Scholar [Phd] in Modern and Ancient Philosophy) and translated
in English from Urdu taking some freedom from the original text. This is a
portion of his text.]
Engineer "Ali: Mirza: belives that Oral Sex of hasband and wife is allowed in
'Isla:m.
He argues that there is no verse or H:adith: S:ah:i:h , which probabite the
oral sex.
Critical Analysis:=
There is a Barailvi Principle that " The Priciple ['As:l] in things ['Ashya:'] is
Permission ['Aba:h:ah].
They use this principle to argue for different heresies and innovations which
they invent in the religion . From this fundamental Principle they deduced
corollary a which may be stated as follow:
Every thing is permitted unless and other wise they are explicitly prohabbited
in Qur;a:n or in H:adi:th: .
"Ali Mirza: is so cleaver that he used this principle for the oral sex .
[IT MAY BE NOTED THAT EVEN BARAILVIS DO NOT USE THIS PRINCIPLE AND
THIS COROLLARY FOR ORAL SEXTUAL ACTIVITIES THOUGH IN POTENTIAL IT
CAN BE USED AND ENGINEER "ALI: MIRZA IS SO CLEAVER THAT HE HAS
DETECTED THIS POTENTIALITY
But this Principle is in correct in its general form.
There are several cases where this priciple does not hold. Some of them are
given below:
1] In Worshiping and Praying the Funtamental Principle is Prohibition
[H:urmah] and not permission.
That is why different innovations in the religion are discared as heresies by
'Ahlussunnah which are consideres as permitted by Barailvis and Bans
Barailvis of India.
2] In Sex the Basic Principle is Prohibition and not Permission.
3] In eating of flesh of animals the basic principle is Prohibition and not
PERMISSION.

4] In religious ceremonies and celebrations the basic principle is prohibition.

Even Barailvis and Bans Barailvis have not gone so far to use there priciple in
support of oral sex.
We must like to inform that the dispute between 'Ahlussunnah and Barailvis is
not on the issue of the principle statede above but on the claim whether
there are some cases some which do exclude this priciple or this priciple is so
general that there is no case which excludes this priciple.
Barailvis do not consider any specialcase or exceptional case or both where
this priciple is invalid. On thew other hand Real and True 'Ahlussunnah do
particularies this priciple and believe in special and exceptional cases where
this priciple doeth not hold.
In such cases there is a corollary for the excluded cases which may be stated
as follow:=
If the permission is not proved then it is prohabitted.
In an othe r sentence and words:
In these cases things are Prohibitted unless and other wise they are explicitly
Permitted in Qur;a:n or in H:adi:th: .
WHAT IS ORAL SEX
Many people are unaware what the Oral Sex is.
How ever it is unpleasant to provide a defination yet it is religiously necessary
and there is no shame in religious matter.
Oral sex may be defined as:
A sexual activity that involves stimulating someone's genitals with the tongue
or mouth.
We demand a strict proof for the permission of this act from H:adi:th: or an
explicit text of 'A:yah for the permission of this act.
It may be redefines as follow:
STD Sexual activity in which buccolingual mucosa contacts a partner's
genital or anal mucosaeg, cunnilingus, fellatio.
Oral sex is when a person [whether a male or a female] stimulate his /her
partner's genitals with mouth, lips or tongue. This could involve sucking or
licking their penis ( fellatio), vagina, vulva or clitoris (cunnilingus), or anus
(anilingus).

Oral sex, may lead to oral intercourse. It may be noted that Oral stimulation
of other parts of the body (as in kissing and licking) is not considered oral
sex. But things does not stops here. What Enginineer "Ali: Mirza: of Jhelum is
trying to inform his audiance that Oral Intercourse is also allowed in 'Isla:m
[ Na"udh:ubillah and 'Astaghfarullah].
Oral intercourse may be dfined as follow:
An oral intercourse is the ejaculation of semen of male human being in the
mouth of the female human being, who is the spouse in the lectures of "Ali
Mirza: .
Such activities are certainly not allowed in 'isla:n as the priciple is not so
general as incorrectly assumed by Barailvis and borrowed and misused by the
Engineer.
As there is no evidence of this act in the period of Holy Prophet , S:h:a:bah ,
Ta:ba"i:n and T-b" Ta:ba"i:n, from authentic and reliable souces it is a perfect
proof that this act was nither practiced nor excercised in those Holy Period.
A this act was unknown this is a proof that this act was believed to be
prohibitted from the cases stated above on which the law incorrectly
assumed by Barailvis to be most general law does not hold.
So this is evident that "Ali: Mirza is a deciever and misuses the principle.
We present the true formation of the Priciples:
1] In general things are Premitted and not Prohibitted but in some cases thing
are prohibitted and not permitted .
2]These are ACTS OF WORSIPPING, ACTS OF PRAYINGS, SEXTUAL ACTIVITIES,
EATING OF FLESH OF ANIMALS. There may be some nore cases where this
priciple is not valid. In other words there are special and exceptional cases
where this principle is not valid. Sextual activities is one of them.

If there is no S:ah:i:h: H:adi:th: and no 'A:yah for the permission of this act
then this is certainly Prohibitted.
So if there is no permission in Qur'a:n and H:adi:th: then these acts are
prohibitted.
WHY "ALI: MIRZA: IS ADVOCATING FOR ORAL SEX

Oral sex alone cannot result in pregnancy and those who are involve in this
act use it as a contraception.Since conception to take place, sperm from the
penis of the male human being must enter the uterus and fallopian tubes of
the female human being and fertilize the female's egg. In human beings,
there is no connection between the gastrointestinal system and the
reproductive system, The sperm ingested by the woman would be killed and
broken down by acids in her stomach and proteins in the small intestine of
the female human being.
Teenagers are easily attracted to this activity and Engineer "Ali: Mirza in order
to attract more and more young people to his newly founded sect( which
may be renamed as Engineerism, Jhelumism or "Ali: Mirzaism) allowed this
act by arguing that there is not S:ah:i:h:
tradition [tradition of first category] which prevents and prohibits from it.
Once they gget involved in this act they will not quit its practice and will not
quit his sect since all others sects generally claim its prohibition.
Sooner or latter "Ali: Mirza: is going to approve LAFF OF H:ARI:R and Oral
Anal Sex in his lectures using the very same argument that they are not
prohabitted. ['ASTAGHFARULLAH AND NA"U:DH:UBILLAH].
As Oral Sex can also be performed by two persons of same gender , Engineer
"Ali Mirza: is likely to use this borrowed principle for the permission between
male human beings or between female human beings by arguing that only
anal intercourse of a male human being with another male human being is
prohibitted. [Na"u:dh:ubillah and 'Astaghfarullah].

Once an anti Islamic site argumed that Isla:m allows sextual activity of a
woman with a woman since there is no tradition which prohibits it. It was
responded that this act [Suh:a:q] is not allowed in 'isla:m since there is not
H:adi:th for its persission. It is evident that "Ali: Mirza: is using such Anti
Islamic sites as his source of informations.
It may be the case that Engineer "Ali: Mirza: will deliver a lecture in support of
all such activities among men or among women with some condition of Silk
clothes or some thing like it invented in our like which prevents direct skin to
skin contact.
It is informed by a reliable reporter that "Ali: Mirza ascribes the permission of
this act to late Zubair "Ali: Zai [in some private question and answer session
which are not on his site :www. ahlesunnat pak. com] but it is highly unlikely
that a person like Zubair "Ali: Zai could have used the Barailvi Principle for
this case.

How ever it is every likely that the Engineer does excercise this type of sex
with the spouse since he does not consider it prohibbited. It is not allowed to
hear Islamic Lectures from this person who practice such an irregular activity.
TO THE FOLLOWERS OF "ALI: MIRZA:
FOR THE SAKE OF 'ALL-H AND HIS PROPHET DO NOT LISTEN TO THE DIRTY
LECTURES OF "ALI: MIRZA: . HOW MANY EVIDENCES DO YOU NEED TO BE
PRESENTED BEFORE YOU CONSIDER HIS MIND AS MOST HERETIC MIND OF
THE 21ST CENTURY WHICH EITHER BEGAN FROM 2000AC OR 2001 AC.
