Implemented a Recursive Neural Network (RNN) with 1 hidden layer.
Trained it using forward and back propagation algorithms with regularization.

Remaining Useful Life (RUL) Prediction Model

Developed a model to predict the RUL (Remaining useful Life) of a drill-bit from given time-series data of Torque and Thrust.
Devised a method to extract the drilling phase of data of a given drill bit, utilising change in slope of torque vs. time as a parameter.
The final model used Polynomial regression to predict RUL as a function of the extracted data.
SaVe : The Safety Vest

Product Design Open IIT

Designed a safety vest to tackle the problem of people sustaining injuries on falling from height.
The impact of the product is estimated to be about 37 million people worldwide while saving $34 billion annually.
The key features included automation and SOS transmitter besides using revolutionary technology to inflate air bags.
Marketing Campaign for Hyper Local Logistics Startup

Goal was to design a pre-launch campaign for a hyper local startup whose portfolio included delivery of documents, gifts &food
along with handling daily chores like bill-payment etc.
Conducted an internal survey of 400 people to decide the nature of Video campaign.
Used a Nelson study to verify correlation (0.59) between effectiveness of an ad and its emotional appeal.
Designed a subtle billboard to en-cash on the transient attention span (3-5 sec) of the human brain.

Gold winning Open IIT (2016) Case Study.


Goal was to understand and promote Commercial Orientation of Academic Institution in the premier academic institutions of our nation.
Used "Pentanoic-Triad" framework to analyse the effects of collaboration between industry and academia.
Devised 5 strategies to enhance the collaboration.
Did McKinsey 9-box analysis of the strategies on Institutes and Industries separately using matrix prioritization model.
Performed Scale-Up Analysis on the current scale of collaboration.
Developed a model for B2C using Cobb-Douglas function for transaction between university and industry.
