employment endeavors. I served as Mallorys clinical instructor for her Orthopedic and
Neurology rotations at Winchester Medical Center.
Mallory was a great student during clinical. She was attentive, always on time and completed
tasks to the best of her ability. Patients appreciated her care, as she showed a great deal of
compassion and confidence in the care she was providing. Mallory also proved her ability to
work as a team, as she would always help her fellow students and the other staff on the floor with
patient care in times of need.
Mallory showed enthusiasm for the nursing profession by consistently seeking new opportunities
to learn and grow. I am confident this will continue throughout her career as a nurse. Mallorys
friendly demeanor in addition to her knowledge of patient care will make her an excellent
