In a rehabilitation in the aesthetic sector, there are many treatment options and different materials to use.
The composites have gained an important role in the aesthetic rehabilitation.
Due to the existence of different composites that replicate the lost tooth tissue, it can be a pleasant and
stable aesthetic result.

Patient with a dental fracture at 11 and a poor composite restoration at 21. The treatment plan was a direct
composite in both teeth.

Conclusions
The composite have an important role when rehabilitating the anterior sector. With a simple layering
technique it is possible to achieve very good aesthetic results .
