FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q5

Can we change the EOIs response format according to our own format?

A5

No, you cant. We want to have a standard format across all participants.

Q6

Is it allowable for us to define the minimum expectation for the scope of work ourselves?

A6

Yes, you can. You know your solution better than us. The most important thing is that you should specify all main
scope of work and deliverables. The example given is just to express our minimum expectation and thinking.

Q7

To what extent that MBI is expecting us to detailed out the write-up?

A7

The EOIs response format shall be your guide. We do not expect responders to provide a very detail information. It
is sufficient if the information up-to level 3 or even level 2, as-long-as the write-up enable us to understand the
solution(s) proposed and supported with important information.

Q8

Ultimately, will MBI issue out RFQ or RFP?

A8

Yes, we may but subject to the approval. However, kindly take note that MBI has a governance process which we
need to comply with prior to any issuance of RFQ or RFP.
