I am one of the Engineers whom are working for Erection & commissioning of 1 * 85 TPH Circulating
Fluidized Bed Combustion(CFBC) Boiler & 13.5 MW Cogeneration Power Plant under consulting of (
Thermax Company).
Supervision engineer for installation of Boiler equipment such as ( Ash handling system , Pressure
parts ,Fans, Burners , Mechanical Dust Collector (MDC), Air pre heater , Feed water system , etc)
Installation of all equipment of compressor room & piping layout, service air system (SAS)&
instrument air system (IAS).
Visual QA,QC Inspector of pipes welding either (SMAW&GTAW) with different pipes Schedules ,
classes& pressures ,and a good knowledge in NDT, WPS, PQR, & Post Welding Heat Treatment
(PWHT).
Inspect and quality control of pipes welding (GTAW & SMAW), fabrication and installation
accordance with piping ISO, P&ID and project specification, pipes support as well.
Monitor/Control piping hydrostatic test, flushing, leak test , and smoke test .
Supervise installation the thermal insulation of piping and tanks.
Determine requirement people depend on the work volumes and executive time.
Prepare the executed works invoices.
