Assistant Manager

Update availability report weekly, review applications for residency daily and
approve, deny or cancel
Follow up and establish rapport with prospective residents and current residents.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional
manner at all times.
Monitor lease renewals, making sure they have correct renewals amounts and
approving them for delivery.
Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store and
analyze information.
Communicate with Community Manager regarding accuracy of invoices received;
that purchase orders are attached and invoices are coded correctly according to
company procedures.
Maintain timecards for 27 employees on a daily basis and ensuring they are
submitted bi-weekly to the accounting department.
Assume Community Managers duties/authority in absence of immediate
supervisor in accordance with company and community guidelines. .
Coordinate all redecoration of vacant apartments including scheduling for
maintenance, paint, cleaning, and carpet replacement.
