Supervised a staff of eight camp instructors and 60 to 70 participants ages 6-15. Oversaw productivity
of staff, managed child sign in and sign out process with parents, recorded staff timesheets, and ensured
the safety of the children. Assigned songs and dances to staff, choreographed dances, and aided
instructors with teaching; assigned special duties to staff on a day to day basis with rotation of duties;
educated staff about effective teaching techniques. Coordinated dance recitals and public performances.
