Adobe XI Upgrade:
ACE Customer Service award, December, 2015, for excellent customer service and technical support to
multiple field users, helping to triage support tickets.
Supported a field office in Florida which reported a problem with a broken macro after upgrading to Adobe XI.
Reengineered their macro, adding an installer, documentation, and general improvements.
COA Error Emails (Vendor Management Team):
Analyzed approximately 10,000 monthly error emails to determine root cause and possible remediation
strategies.
Developed a custom script to extract text strings from emails in Outlook, and import the data to Excel for
analysis.
Drew correlations between email occurrences, lines of business, and field offices, and was able to infer that a
training solution would completely remedy the problem, thereby avoiding the need for a costly IT project.
Presented on findings to LOB leads, and was complimented on my analysis by my manager.
Windows 10 Upgrade:
Built a comprehensive project tracking solution in SharePoint, drawing on knowledge about Lists, Data
Sources, Excel Web Parts, Workflows and MS Access.
Assumed the responsibility of recording acquired knowledge for our team, posting to SharePoint, and
organizing information for quick retrieval by other teams.
Created custom reports for managers and stakeholders, representing list data in a user friendly format, drawing
on advanced SharePoint customization skills like master page editing (SharePoint designer), SQL queries to
retrieve data, InfoPath for more robust forms, and JQuery/Javascript to make the SharePoint site interactive.
PILR and CWB Email Analysis:
Supported two teams in PI Claims Tech by developing a data-mining system to analyze error emails (HTML
format), scan the message for key-value text strings, export the data to Excel, and visualize the results.
Environment Downtimes (supporting eClaims):
Created a dashboard style reporting tool in Excel and Access, which analyzed test environment downtimes
based on a linked data source. Designed the report with the end-user in mind, including various form elements,
filters, and macros.
